“Pierrot le Fou” is a daring tale about rebellion, based on the themes from the American novel “Obsession” by Lionel White. Ferdinand (in this role Jean-Paul Belmondo) is powerless when it comes to the boring, bourgeois world. Together with Marianne (Anna Karina), they decide to go on a crazy journey in the south of France.
