An absurdist 3D micro-comedy-drama in which Quentin Dupieux questions the very foundations of our reality. A surreal miniature about simulation, absurdity, and the limits of human perceptual stability.
One morning, Jacky (Alain Chabat) pays an unexpected visit to his acquaintance Bruno (Jonathan Cohen) to share a shocking discovery: human existence is nothing more than an intricately constructed computer simulation. This seemingly absurd revelation quickly sets off an avalanche of absurd dialogues, paranoid hypotheses, and existential anxieties. The French master of cinematic absurdity creates a digitally generated, darkly humorous fable in which everyday life continually collides with surreal metaphysics.
«This is the Dupieux I love. He has a rough idea and sees where it takes him. A beautiful shitpost.»
– Łukasz Mikołajczyk, Immersja, Filmweb capsule review
«Dupieux once again delivers a brilliant, darkly humorous masterpiece of absurdity, turning conventions upside down.»

«Classic Dupieux – everything you could want from the perfect morning screening. Animation reminiscent of the 2D era, a comedy about the simulation of the world, with enough room in the mix to poke fun at big tech executives.»
– Filip Mańka, Immersja, Filmweb capsule review
