Julia Staciwa

A Photography student at the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź and a winner of the National Film and Social Communication Olympiad. She is interested in film, photography and theatre, with a particular focus on visual language and storytelling through images. She directed the original theatre production W głębi lustra and has experience working in film production and on film sets. Her cinematic interests include documentary essays, character psychology and stories that leave room for interpretation. She has a particular appreciation for Asian cinema and filmmakers who use the image as their primary storytelling tool.
