Agnieszka Skalska

Gilm producer, production manager, and casting director. She has produced the following documentaries:  “Silent Love,” “Distances,” and “Radical Move.” For the latter, she received the Producer’s Award at the Kraków Film Festival in 2023, and for “Silent Love,” she was nominated for the KIPA Award for Best Debut Producer. Her latest production, “What Belongs to Others” (dir. Grzegorz Dębowski), premiered in the Orizzonti competition at the Venice International Film Festival. In the cinema, she enjoys the special kind of community that forms in a dark theater, among people who don’t even look at one another. She believes in auteur cinema, which is why she develops films by emerging filmmakers – Klaudiusz Chrostowski and Stefan Łazarski—and is currently working on new projects with Grzegorz Dębowski. She is currently the production manager for Tomasz Wolski’s debut film, “Incydent,” produced by Kijora.
